Payment Policy

Maine Architectural Ironworks is pleased to extend a firm fixed-price contract for design, fabrication and installation for each project. A deposit is required to cover the cost of materials before any fabrication will begin. The price can only be changed by a written and signed change in the scope of services at which time the price will be adjusted accordingly. Depending on the scope of the project progress payments may be required. The final payment will be due upon the completion of the project.

Shipping Policy

Maine Architectural Ironworks uses a variety of shipping methods to assure that your iron works arrive safely and efficiently. Extra charges may apply for heavy items. Shipping quotes are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of an order cancellation, deposits are not refundable. Progress payments may not be refundable; each order cancellation will be dealt with on an individual basis and decided upon through the discretion of Maine Architectural Ironworks. A cancellation fee may be applied.
